Terms of Service

By accessing or using PriceIn (pricein.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Products & Listings

All products listed on PriceIn are digital goods — websites, domain assets, digital services, or educational courses. Each listing is manually reviewed by our team for accuracy before going live. However, future earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the buyer's effort and market conditions.

2. Payments

We accept Razorpay (UPI/Cards — auto-delivery), UPI Direct (7020261998@ybl), Wise, Payoneer, USDT TRC20, Binance Pay (ID: 401442454), Skrill, bKash, and RedotPay (ID: 1738457391). Prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated. For manual payment methods, an admin verifies the payment before delivery is triggered.

3. Delivery

Razorpay orders are delivered instantly (download link emailed the moment payment is captured). Manual payment orders are delivered within 30 minutes of payment verification. Download links are permanently available in your dashboard under Order History.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account, use a false identity, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions are earned only on verified, completed sales. Commission rates are set by PriceIn and may change with 7 days' notice. Fraudulent referrals (self-referrals, fake clicks, chargebacks) will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending earnings.

6. Seller Submissions

By submitting a product to sell, you confirm you are the legitimate owner and have the right to sell it. PriceIn charges no upfront listing fee but takes a platform commission upon successful sale. False or misleading listings will be removed and the seller account permanently banned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PriceIn (design, copy, code, branding) is the property of PriceIn. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PriceIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PriceIn after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
