Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

1. Digital Products — General Rule

Because our products are digital goods (websites, files, services, courses) delivered instantly or within 30 minutes, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and accessed. This is standard policy for digital goods worldwide.

2. Our 100% Quality Assurance Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If you encounter any of the following, we will fix it within 24 hours — guaranteed:

  • The product has a technical bug not mentioned in the listing
  • The listing contains inaccurate information (e.g. Adsense claimed as approved but is not)
  • The product does not function as described at the time of purchase

3. When a Full Refund Is Issued

  • You paid but never received your product and our team cannot resolve delivery within 24 hours
  • The product is materially different from its listing description and we are unable to rectify this
  • A duplicate/accidental payment was made

4. Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds cannot be processed but quality issues will still be resolved under our Quality Assurance guarantee.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order key and reason for refund
  2. We will review and respond within 24 hours
  3. If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method
  4. For manual payment methods (UPI, Crypto etc.), refunds are sent to the same account used for payment

6. Services (ADX Approval, Adsense Approval)

For service-based products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work completed. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any concerns.
